Wildflower Art Show

Looking forward to the spring, the Salado Chamber of Commerce is already planting seeds for a successful Wildflower Art Show. The 9th Annual Wildflower Art Show will be celebrated March 28th and 29th in collaboration with the Salado Wine Seller at the beautiful, park-like grounds of the Visitors Center. From 9am to 5pm patrons will enjoy over sixty tents of art, wine, a stage with live entertainment, food vendors and other crowd-drawing activities.

Artists and artisans throughout Texas and the southwest will line the grounds with beautiful works of oil, acrylics, watercolors, pastels and mixed media including woodwork, sculpture, jewelry, glassworks, metal work and handmade clothing. "Artists in Action" and tasting booths of your favorite Texas wineries will also be a great enhancement to this year's event.

Admission and parking are free. A commemorative wine glass and tasting tickets will be available for sale; wine by the glass and bottle as well. Proper identification will be required. For more information, please call 254.947.5040 or email saladochamber@vvm.com.
